Introduced in mid-2024, the Bodyguard 2.0 TS ups the game by fitting 10- and 12-round magazines into a micro frame only 0.88 in wide. That makes it one of the most capacity-rich .380s in its size class while keeping the locked-breech operating system prized for reliability.
The pistol runs a striker-fired action with a flat-faced, 5.6-lb trigger that includes a safety blade and internal striker block. Combined, these features give a clean break and consistent pull without external levers to snag.
A 2.75-in stainless barrel and matching slide are both protected by Smith & Wesson’s Armornite finish. Full-length front and rear scalloped serrations provide positive purchase when manipulating the slide, even with wet or gloved hands.
Factory tritium night sights—an orange-ringed front dot and black U-notch rear—deliver 24-hour visibility. The reversible magazine release lets right- or left-handed shooters access the controls effortlessly.
