Built on LWRC’s monoforge upper receiver, the IC-A5 Pistol uses a one-piece nickel-boron coated carrier with an integral operating rod. This design keeps fouling out of the action and enhances reliability, especially with the hotter pressures of .300 Blackout.
The cold-hammer-forged, NiCorr-treated 10.5-inch barrel is threaded 5/8-24 and paired with a 2-position adjustable gas block. Shooters can quickly tune the system for suppressed or unsuppressed use, optimizing performance across different loads.
A free-float aluminum alloy handguard features M-LOK slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions for easy accessory attachment while maintaining a slim profile. LWRC Skirmish flip-up iron sights are installed from the factory, providing durable back-up aiming capability.
Fully ambidextrous controls—magazine release, safety selector, and bolt catch—allow comfortable operation from either shoulder. The adjustable glass-filled polymer brace offers added stability without sacrificing the pistol classification.
Finished in Tungsten Gray Cerakote, an up-charge factory color, this IC-A5 stands out visually while delivering superior corrosion resistance. With an MSRP of $3,165, it represents LWRC’s top-tier approach to the AR-pistol platform.
