This Sugar Weasel follows Q’s minimalist ethos with forged 7075-T6 receivers finished in a distinctive clear/flat-tan hard-coat anodizing and deliberately omits the forward assist to save weight.
The 7-inch 4150/17-4 stainless steel barrel uses a rapid 1:5 twist to stabilize heavy subsonic .300 AAC Blackout bullets. Its nitride finish and 5/8-24 threads are capped by Q’s Cherry Bomb muzzle brake, which also serves as a quick-attach suppressor mount.
A pistol-length adjustable gas block lets the shooter fine-tune cycling—especially useful when running suppressed. The LAW Tactical GEN 3-M hinge allows the brace to fold, shrinking the pistol’s footprint for storage or transport without disrupting function once deployed.
The lightweight 6-inch free-float M-LOK handguard offers full-length top Picatinny rail space for accessories. A B5 Systems Type 23 pistol grip and an adjustable grey brace complete the ergonomic package, while a Geissele trigger delivers a crisp, repeatable pull.
