Built in SIG’s Custom Works shop, the AXG Full-Size combines a black Nitron-finished stainless slide with an anodized aluminum grip module for reduced flex and a solid, controllable feel under recoil. Gray G10 grip panels supply a secure, textured hold while maintaining a refined aesthetic.
The optic-ready R2 slide features forward and rear cocking serrations and accepts ROMEO1Pro, ROMEO2, or DeltaPoint Pro footprints without additional milling. SIG’s X-RAY3 day/night sights offer a vivid green tritium front dot and two tritium rear dots for 24-hour sight acquisition straight from the box.
Internally, the modular, serialized stainless fire-control unit houses a flat-faced, straight-blade trigger that shortens reach and promotes a repeatable break. The striker-fired action cycles a 4.7-inch stainless barrel and feeds from 17-round steel magazines for a total onboard capacity of 17 + 1.
