Built on the AR-15 platform, the Sugar Weasel uses a direct-impingement action paired with an adjustable low-profile gas block to fine-tune performance, especially when running a suppressor. The barrel’s 1 in 7 rifling and 1/2×28 threading support standard 5.56 NATO loads and common muzzle devices.
The 15-inch aluminum handguard is free-floating for consistent accuracy and features M-LOK slots along with a full-length Picatinny top rail. This setup maximizes mounting space while keeping weight to a minimum.
