Remington Model 1100 LT-20 Synthetic 20 Gauge Semi-Auto Shotgun, 26 in Barrel, Matte Black
The Remington Model 1100 LT-20 Synthetic combines the classic 1100 gas system with a lightweight, 20-gauge-scaled receiver and an all-weather synthetic stock. Cataloged under part number 25371 and now discontinued, this LT-20 offers reduced recoil, interchangeable Rem Choke versatility, and durable polymer furniture that holds up in harsh conditions. A 26-inch vent-rib barrel and factory-installed modified choke make it ready for field use right out of the box.

What’s Included
- Shotgun capacity plug
- Rem Choke tube wrench
- Remington factory cardboard box (green)
The LT-20 receiver is scaled specifically for 20 gauge shells, trimming weight and improving balance compared with a standard 12 gauge receiver. This lighter platform pairs well with the 1100’s proven gas-operated system, delivering noticeably soft recoil for quicker follow-up shots.
A 26-inch carbon-steel barrel with a vent rib promotes smooth swings and consistent sight alignment. The single brass bead offers a clear, uncomplicated sight picture. The barrel is threaded for the Rem Choke system, and a modified choke is currently installed to provide versatile patterns for upland birds or clay targets.
The synthetic stock and fore-end are molded from weather-resistant polymer in a matte black finish. Molded checkering offers secure grip, while the integral recoil pad and a 13.75-inch length of pull fit a wide range of shooters.
Remington’s Model 1100 has long been respected for reliability; this LT-20 variant retains that reputation while adding reduced weight and modern materials. Because the model is no longer in production, examples in good condition—especially with the original box and accessories—are increasingly hard to find.
