The 2025-release M&P FPC in 10 mm brings hard-hitting pistol-caliber performance to a lightweight, side-folding carbine platform. Sharing magazines and familiar controls with S&W M&P 10 mm pistols, it stows to just 16.5 inches and ships with five factory magazines—three extended 20-rounders and two standard 15-rounders—making it a ready, compact package for range or field use.

The FPC’s horizontal side-folding design locks via the ambidextrous T-shaped charging handle, trimming overall length to 16.5 inches for transport or storage. Unfolded, the 16.25-inch 4140 steel barrel delivers full 10 mm velocity and is factory threaded 9/16-24 RH with a knurled protector, ready for the included muzzle brake or a suppressor.
A free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard wears a full-length Picatinny rail that arrives with flip-up iron sights installed. Additional M-LOK slots provide real estate for lights, lasers, or grips without adding bulk.
The straight-blowback action is tuned with added bolt mass and an aluminum buffer tube for reliable cycling of potent 10 mm loads. The flat-faced trigger, reversible magazine catch, cross-bolt safety, and ambidextrous charging handle offer a user-friendly, ambidextrous control set.
