The SCAR 20S uses a machine-gun-steel barrel treated inside and out for durability. Its 1:8 right-hand twist stabilizes the full weight range of 6.5 Creedmoor bullets, while 5/8-24 threads accept the included SureFire ProComp 762 muzzle brake for flat, controllable recoil.
A four-position gas regulator lets the shooter tune the short-stroke piston system for standard fire, suppressed use, or adverse conditions. The extended 17-inch rail and monolithic upper give ample real estate for optics and accessories while maintaining zero stability.
