The Gen5 MOS slide incorporates factory front and rear serrations, an optic cut with filler plate, and strategically placed window cuts that lighten reciprocating mass while showcasing the ported match-grade barrel. Both barrel ports and the threaded two-port compensator—marked with CAGE code 6PF66 and “Patent Pending”—vent gas upward to reduce muzzle rise.
Internal Gen5 upgrades include Glock’s Marksman Barrel, ambidextrous slide-stop levers, and the Safe Action system. Externally, the crossover frame provides a 17-size grip for full-hand control while remaining compact up top. The reversible magazine release supports left- or right-handed shooters, and the integral accessory rail accepts lights or lasers.
