SIG Sauer P365 XMACRO RXZE 9mm 17+1 Striker-Fired Pistol with ROMEOZero Elite Optic – Agency Vault LE Overrun, As-New
This P365 XMACRO RXZE comes from SIG Sauer’s Agency Vault law-enforcement allocation, making civilian examples uncommon. It blends the compact P365 fire-control unit with a full-size Macro grip that holds a flush-fit 17-round magazine. A factory-installed ROMEOZero Elite red dot and XRAY3 tritium sights deliver instant sight acquisition, while the Nitron-finished slide retains a slim 1.1-inch width. With modular FCU serialization, a flat X-Series trigger, and only factory test firing, this as-new pistol offers a rare chance to own a law-enforcement overrun in pristine condition.
Condition
Overall Condition: As-new condition with no signs of prior handling beyond typical inspection.
Bore Condition: Excellent – clean, mirror finish with sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: The pistol appears to have been fired only for factory testing and remains virtually unused.
What’s Included

The XMACRO slide is factory-milled for RMSc-pattern optics and ships with the ROMEOZero Elite already zeroed. Front and rear cocking serrations pair with the durable Nitron finish, giving confident manipulation and corrosion resistance. A 3.7-inch stainless barrel keeps velocity high while preserving the P365’s compact overall length of 6.6 inches.
The serialized, removable fire-control unit allows easy caliber or frame conversions within the P365 family and is visible through the grip window (serial prefix 66G). The flat-faced X-Series trigger offers a consistent break suited to defensive or duty roles.
The Macro grip module delivers a full-hand purchase and integrates a standard MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail for lights or lasers. Despite its 17-round capacity, the pistol remains just 22 ounces unloaded, balancing controllability with daily carry comfort.
Originally introduced in 2022, this example bears a case label dated 17-JUL-2024 and was produced for police and government contracts before entering civilian channels as a law-enforcement overrun—adding collectibility to its modern performance.
