The VP9L OR pairs Heckler & Koch’s proven striker-fired VP system with a factory-milled long slide, giving competitors and discerning shooters a 5-inch cold-hammer-forged barrel, extended sight radius, and ready-to-mount optics capability straight from the box. Polygonal rifling, an O-ring barrel bushing, and HK’s modular 27-position grip system combine to deliver precision, reliability, and a custom fit.

The VP9L OR slide is lengthened and skeletonized with forward lightening cuts, reducing reciprocating mass for faster cycling while preserving the VP’s soft recoil impulse. A factory optics cut accepts HK’s interchangeable micro-dot adapter plates, letting you mount popular red-dot footprints without aftermarket machining.
HK’s 5-inch barrel is nitro-carburized for corrosion resistance and uses an O-ring bushing system that tensions the muzzle for repeatable lockup. Polygonal rifling is rated for +P loads, enhancing velocity and barrel life.
The full-size polymer frame features ambidextrous slide releases, HK’s signature paddle-style magazine release, and a MIL-STD-1913 dust-cover rail with five usable slots for lights or lasers. A green fiber-optic front sight and plain serrated rear dovetail sight give a clean sight picture and a 6.38-inch sight radius.
This German-made VP9L OR bears Ulm antler and nitro eagle proof marks with matching serial numbers on the slide, barrel, and frame, confirming its factory-fitted pedigree.
