The Type B Gen 2 from Archon Firearms refines the proven Arsenal Strike One design with U.S. production by PTR Industries. Its AF-Speedlock inline locking system lowers the bore axis to about 12 mm, reducing muzzle rise. A steel monocoque chassis accepts interchangeable polymer grip shells and keeps the serial number on the chassis, not the grip. The nitrided slide ships optic-ready with full-length serrations, and the compact 4.3-inch nitrided 4140 steel barrel is paired with a flat-faced 4.5 lb trigger for fast, consistent shots.

The compact Type B Gen 2 balances a 4.3-inch barrel with a full-size grip that accepts 17-round double-stack magazines. Its aggressively stippled polymer shell and flared magwell promote secure handling and quick reloads.
The matte black nitrided slide features forward and rear serrations for positive control. A factory-milled optic cut accommodates multiple footprint plates, letting you add a preferred red-dot without machining.
Fiber-optic front and serrated rear sights provide a bright, uncluttered sight picture. The integral four-slot Picatinny rail on the dust cover supports weapon lights or lasers.
Internal safeties include a trigger safety tab, striker block, and trigger-bar disconnect. Combined with the flat-faced trigger’s short, tactile reset, the pistol is built for confident, accurate shooting.
