A 5.51-inch cold-hammer-forged barrel with polygonal rifling and an O-ring bushing delivers tight lock-up, while a lightning-cut, optics-cut slide trims reciprocating mass for faster cycling. Extended 20-round magazines, ambidextrous controls, and an interchangeable grip system round out a package that stands out for serious shooters who value performance right out of the box.

The 5.51-inch barrel is cold-hammer-forged from high-grade steel, nitrided for durability, and fitted with a factory O-ring bushing that enhances lock-up and consistency shot to shot. A 1:9.8" right-hand twist complements the polygonal rifling for reliable accuracy with modern 9 mm loads.
The black nitrocarburized slide features weight-saving lightning cuts, top vents, and a factory optics cut. These cuts reduce reciprocating mass, helping the striker-fired action cycle faster while keeping muzzle rise minimal.
Controls are fully ambidextrous: paddle-style magazine releases sit at the trigger guard, and extended slide-release levers are mirrored on both sides. Paired with the VP9’s modular grip system—three backstraps and six side panels—the pistol can be configured in 27 different combinations for a custom fit.
Sights consist of a luminous dot front blade and a serrated square-notch rear, offering a bright day-night sight picture. The short-reset trigger breaks at roughly 5.4 lb, giving shooters a crisp, repeatable pull ideal for fast follow-ups.
Two factory 20-round magazines ship alongside a 15-round magazine, giving users flexibility for competition, range use, or concealed carry in jurisdictions with differing capacity limits.
