Sig Sauer P365 XMACRO VAULT Law-Enforcement Allocation 9mm 3.7" 17+1 with ROMEOZero Elite
The P365 XMACRO VAULT edition is a limited-release law-enforcement allocation that brings Sig Sauer’s high-capacity micro-compact concept to civilian hands. A factory-installed ROMEOZero Elite red-dot, 17-round flush-fit magazines, and a macro-compact grip with an integral mag-well flare make this striker-fired pistol stand out for concealed duty, competition, or collection.

What’s Included
- SIG Sauer factory hard case (grey polymer)
- P365 series operator’s manual
- ROMEOZero Elite 3 MOA red-dot sight (factory-installed; co-witnesses with XRAY3 irons)
- Three 17-round steel SIG Sauer magazines with orange followers
- Two interchangeable grip backstrap panels
This XMACRO variant stretches the original P365 concept by pairing a 3.7-inch stainless barrel with a full-length, four-slot 1913 accessory rail and a 17-round magazine—all in a package only 1.1 inches wide. The serialized fire-control unit remains modular, letting owners swap grip modules across the P365 family without gunsmithing.
The slide wears Sig’s durable black Nitron finish, cut for optics, and milled with forward and rear serrations for sure manipulation. Factory XRAY3 day/night sights sit tall enough to co-witness through the included ROMEOZero Elite red-dot.
A flat-faced X-Series trigger delivers a consistent break, while the reversible magazine catch supports left- or right-hand use. Stainless-steel construction inside and out—barrel, slide, and receiver—provides corrosion resistance for daily carry.
Released through Sig Sauer’s Agency VAULT program, this allocation was originally reserved for police and government contracts and reached the civilian market only through limited aftermarket channels, making it attractive to shooters and collectors alike.
