The XMacro expands the P365 platform with a flared, detachable mag-well and a full-length MIL-STD-1913 rail, giving compact carry guns full-size shootability. Despite its 17+1 capacity, the grip remains just 1.1 inches wide for comfortable concealment.
Its 3.7-inch carbon-steel barrel pairs with an XL-length, non-ported slide featuring forward and rear serrations plus a factory optic cut. SIG’s Nitron black finish protects the slide from corrosion while matching the black polymer frame.
The included ROMEOZero Elite delivers a crisp 3 MOA dot and co-witnesses with suppressor-height XRAY3 tritium sights, giving immediate day- or night-ready aiming options straight out of the box.
A flat, single-stage trigger breaks at approximately 5.5 pounds, and the reversible magazine release supports left- or right-handed shooters. Multiple internal safeties—striker, disconnect, and trigger tab—add confidence without external levers.
