SIG Sauer P365-XMACRO Off-Duty Agency Vault 9mm – Limited LE Allocation with ROMEO-X Optic & 17-Round Capacity
This P365-XMACRO Off-Duty comes from SIG Sauer’s restricted Agency Vault program—an overrun from a law-enforcement contract that saw a small civilian release. Built on the micro-compact P365 fire-control unit but paired with a macro-length grip that holds 17 rounds, it delivers service-pistol capacity in a slim, concealable profile. A factory-installed SIG Sauer ROMEO-X Compact red-dot sight and XRAY3 tritium day/night sights complete a turnkey defensive package.

The Off-Duty edition was produced in 2024 for government agencies; this example—serial number range “66G” (manufactured 12-SEP-2024)—was released to the commercial market only after contract fulfillment. Limited distribution, combined with its Agency Vault provenance, makes it a standout for collectors who value rarity verified by documentation.
At just 22 oz unloaded, the macro-compact polymer grip module retains the P365’s slim width while accepting flush-fit 17-round magazines. The serialized striker-fired fire-control unit is modular, allowing compatibility with the entire P365 ecosystem.
The 3.7-inch carbon-steel barrel wears SIG’s Nitron finish for corrosion resistance and stays non-ported to preserve velocity. A full-length four-slot MIL-STD-1913 rail on the frame supports lights or lasers without overhang.
The matte-black Nitron slide features aggressive front and rear serrations and comes optic-ready from the factory. SIG installs the aluminum-housed ROMEO-X on its low-profile SIG-LOC footprint, providing a 3 MOA red dot that co-witnesses with the tritium XRAY3 irons for immediate sight acquisition.
