Developed for government contracts, the P365-XMacro Carry combines a serialized stainless-steel fire-control unit with a carbon-steel, nitride-treated 3.7-inch barrel inside a polymer grip module. The flat-faced, striker-fired trigger delivers a consistent, short reset. Stainless slide wear is kept in check by SIG’s durable Nitron finish, while suppressor-height XRAY3 day/night sights co-witness cleanly with the mounted ROMEOZero Elite red-dot.
The extended 17-round magazines mate to a detachable alloy magwell that speeds reloads without adding bulk. Despite duty-grade capacity, the grip is only 1.2 inches wide, preserving the P365 line’s concealable footprint. A true 1913 accessory rail accommodates full-size lights or lasers—uncommon on micro-compacts—enhancing duty or defensive flexibility.
Modularity is built in. The serialized fire-control unit allows grip module swaps, and the slide’s factory optic cut accepts additional RMSc-footprint micro red-dots if desired.
