The Rival series is built for modern action-pistol competition, and the Dark Side edition adds a deep anthracite slide finish that contrasts cleanly with the black polymer frame. Lightening cuts and windows reduce reciprocating mass, helping the slide return to battery faster for quicker follow-up shots.
The striker-fired action breaks at a crisp 90°, aided by a skeletonized flat trigger shoe that shortens reach and promotes straight-to-rear pressure. A reversible magazine release and ambidextrous slide-stop lever accommodate right- or left-handed shooters without modification.
Out front, a green fiber-optic sight draws the eye in bright or low light, while the serrated, fully adjustable rear sight lets you dial in precision with or without an optic installed.
