This carbon-steel, blued example carries the shorter 19.5-inch barrel and 13.5-inch length of pull that made it a popular starter rifle, yet it retains the sturdy steel receiver and smooth bolt action found on full-size Remingtons of the era. A pre-1968 build, it bears no serial number, adding period authenticity for collectors.
