Factory weight sits around 37 lb, helping to tame recoil when paired with the three-chamber muzzle brake. This example remains in very good overall condition with a bright, sharp bore.

The AR-50A1’s 30-inch heavy, non-fluted chrome-moly barrel is stress-relieved for consistent harmonics and is paired with a 1:15 right-hand twist optimized for a broad range of .50 BMG projectiles.
An octagonal steel receiver is glass-bedded into the 6061-T6 aluminum V-channel chassis, delivering rock-solid alignment between action and barrel. The triple-lug bolt locks smoothly and provides ample strength for the .50 BMG cartridge.
The hard-coat anodized chassis features an adjustable, detachable skeletonized stock with 15.5-inch length of pull and cheek height adjustments, allowing the shooter to tailor fit without adding unwanted flex.
A factory-installed three-chamber muzzle brake, combined with the rifle’s 37-pound weight, greatly reduces felt recoil and muzzle rise, aiding rapid follow-through on long-range targets.
Rounding out the package is a 15-MOA Picatinny rail machined into the receiver, giving shooters a solid mounting surface for high-magnification optics when stretching the rifle’s sub-MOA potential.
