The POF P-308 Edge SPR Gen-4 blends battle-ready reliability with match-grade accuracy. Built on a billet 7075-T6 aluminum receiver set and driven by POF’s short-stroke gas piston system, this AR-10 platform rifle adds two premium upgrades—a Geissele SSA-E two-stage match trigger and a SureFire WARCOMP-762 flash hider/compensator—making it ready for both precision work and fast follow-up shots. Patented E² chamber fluting, a 5-position adjustable gas block, and fully ambidextrous controls underscore its purpose-built design.

The 18.5-inch 4150 CrMoV steel barrel is nitride-treated and match-grade, delivering consistent groups while resisting corrosion. Its 1:10” right-hand twist stabilizes a wide range of .308 projectiles, and 5/8-24 threads mate seamlessly to the SureFire WARCOMP for reduced flash and muzzle rise.
POF’s piston system runs cleaner than traditional direct-impingement designs and features a 5-position adjustable gas block for tuning with different loads or suppressors. A roller cam pin, NP3-coated one-piece bolt carrier, and the patented E² dual-extraction chamber fluting enhance extraction reliability and component life.
The rifle’s billet receivers are tension-screw fitted to eliminate play. Fully ambidextrous fire controls—magazine release, bolt catch, and safety selector—support left- or right-handed use. A 14.5-inch free-floating Edge handguard with KeyMod slots and a full-length top rail offers ample real estate for accessories.
The adjustable stock combines polymer and 6061-T6 aluminum for strength with minimal weight, providing a 14.25-inch length of pull and an adjustable cheek piece for proper eye alignment.
