The frame is machined from lightweight anodized aluminum alloy and finished in matte black Bruniton for added corrosion resistance. A carbon-steel barrel, also matte black, locks firmly into place yet pivots upward at the touch of the side lever for instant access to the chamber.
Controls are straightforward: a heel-type magazine release secures the seven-round magazine, while a left-side thumb safety, inertial firing pin, and half-cock hammer notch provide multiple layers of mechanical security. Vertical rear slide serrations offer a sure grip when manually cycling the action.
Fixed open sights—a low-profile integral front blade and rear notch—keep the Bobcat snag-free for discreet carry. Checkered black polymer grips, an exposed spur hammer, and a lanyard loop integrated into the hammer tang round out this purpose-built pocket pistol.
