The modern King Cobra Target combines Colt’s iconic “Snake” lineage with competition-focused features. Forged entirely from brushed stainless steel, this mid-frame six-shot revolver carries a 4.25-inch full-lug barrel that meets common match length limits. Its LL2 linear-leaf mainspring system delivers a notably smooth double- and single-action pull, while adjustable iron sights and checkered walnut target grips help shooters wring out precision. Built in the United States and introduced in 2019, this is the competition-oriented variant of Colt’s re-engineered King Cobra line.

Colt’s LL2 linear-leaf mainspring system replaces the traditional coil spring, creating a smoother and more consistent trigger stroke in both double-action and single-action modes.
