CZ 85 Combat 9mm Luger - Satin Nickel, 4.5 in Barrel, DA/SA, Rare 1993 Czech-Made Pistol
This 1993 CZ 85 Combat stands out with its scarce factory satin nickel finish, ambidextrous controls, and a smooth DA/SA trigger unencumbered by a firing pin block. Matching serial numbers on the slide, frame, and barrel underline its collectibility, while factory-installed LPA micrometer sights and a fiber-optic front sight deliver precise, adjustable aiming. Discontinued in 2015, the CZ 85 Combat remains a sought-after full-size defensive and competition pistol.

The Combat variant deletes the firing pin block, giving the trigger a lighter, cleaner break while retaining traditional DA/SA operation. An over-travel adjustment screw lets the user fine-tune the single-action reset.
Ambidextrous slide stops and manual safeties, along with an extended, reversible magazine release, make the pistol fully left- or right-hand friendly. A spur hammer and hammer safety stop notch add control and an extra margin of security.
Forged carbon-steel construction, inside and out, provides durability. The satin nickel finish—produced in limited numbers—offers both corrosion resistance and a distinctive appearance that appeals to shooters and collectors alike.
Sighting is handled by a high-visibility fiber-optic front blade paired with a factory LPA micrometer rear sight, allowing windage and elevation adjustments without tools. Together they deliver a sharp sight picture in varied lighting.
Four magazines—two full-capacity 16-rounders and two 10-rounders—give immediate flexibility for range, duty, or compliant jurisdictions. All magazines feature witness holes for quick round counts.
