Originally introduced in 2019, the Shadow 2 Optics-Ready features a factory-milled slide that accepts removable plates; here, the plate secures a Holosun 507 Comp, giving a crisp 2 MOA dot and open sight picture. The red fiber-optic front sight remains for co-witness during dot transitions.
Cajun Gun Works’ Pro trigger kit and barrel bushing elevate accuracy and feel. The polished DA/SA system breaks at a verified 4.2 lb double-action and 2.9 lb single-action, with an over-travel stop screw for a short, positive reset—ideal for fast split times in Carry Optics or USPSA Limited Optics divisions.
The full-size carbon-steel frame wears Vytal aluminum grips that flatten the side panels for a lower bore axis and secure purchase. Deep front and rear serrations, an extended beavertail, and ambidextrous manual safeties aid confident manipulation under stress.
Inside, a 4.89-inch cold-hammer-forged barrel pairs with a skeletonized hammer and firing-pin block for durability and peace of mind. The steel extended magazine brings capacity to 20 + 1 rounds, while the integral dust-cover rail supports lights or lasers if desired.
