The heart of this build is a Faxon Match-Series 18-inch Gunner profile barrel chambered in .223 Wylde, finished in chameleon PVD and paired with a rifle-length gas system and low-profile gas block for smooth cycling. A Fortis RED muzzle brake tops the 1/2-28 threaded muzzle, keeping the rifle flat under rapid fire.
MSP Armory’s M18 billet receiver set features a slick-side upper without a forward assist, a full-length Picatinny top rail, and matching clear anodized finish for a clean, cohesive look. The R1 chameleon PVD M16-profile bolt-carrier group complements the receiver set while adding corrosion resistance and easy maintenance.
Controls are fully ambidextrous thanks to the Radian Raptor charging handle and Radian Talon 45°/90° selector. The CMC 3.5-pound flat-bow trigger delivers a short, predictable break, while the B5 trigger guard improves access with gloved hands.
An Atheris 17-inch free-float M-LOK handguard in grey Cerakote provides extensive mounting space and rigidity.
