The ST-15 receivers are forged from 7075-T6 aluminum and finished in Type III Class 2 hardcoat anodizing in black. The lower is roll-marked "ST15 CAL-MULTI SPIKES TACTICAL APOPKA, FL U.S.A." for clear identification of make and origin.
The AR-15 pattern upper is a flat-top Picatinny receiver with a forward assist, shell deflector, and ejection-port cover. A free-float aluminum handguard with M-LOK-style slots and a partial Picatinny section near the muzzle provides modern mounting flexibility. No sights are installed.
The 16-inch 5.56mm NATO barrel uses a direct impingement system with a low-profile gas block. The threaded muzzle is fitted with a LANTAC-marked muzzle brake/compensator.
Furniture and controls include an MFT collapsible carbine stock with a 10.5–14 inch length of pull and a polymer pistol grip with a stippled texture. Controls are standard and intuitive: a left-side manual safety selector with pictogram-style markings and a right-side magazine release. Stated capacity is 30+1.
