It comes with two 15-round magazines and wears DE Ulm proof marks with the HKI Columbus, GA import stamp.

The full-size VP9 uses a striker-fired, locked-breech short-recoil system and delivers fully ambidextrous operation. It includes paddle-style magazine releases and ambidextrous slide releases, with interchangeable backstraps and side panels to tailor the grip. The FDE frame integrates molded finger grooves for a consistent hold.
The 4.09-inch barrel is made from cannon-grade steel and is cold hammer-forged with polygonal rifling. The bore presents a bright, mirror finish. An external extractor with a red witness mark, a loaded chamber indicator, and a striker status indicator provide clear visual and tactile status cues.
The slide is finished in black with front and rear cocking serrations and HK charging supports for confident manipulations. This is the pre-2020 VP9 configuration with no optics cut. Iron sights include a green front dot blade and a low-profile black rear notch with a forward ledge.
An integral Picatinny/MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail with four slots is molded into the dust cover for lights or lasers. Capacity is 15+1, and this pistol includes two 15-round magazines. Proofed in Germany, it bears the DE Ulm proof shield and HKI – Columbus, GA import mark.
