This R2 variant features an optics-ready slide, factory X-RAY3 day/night sights, and a flat-faced trigger. It comes well-equipped with three 15-round steel magazines, a SIG factory hard case, and a SIG OEM polymer paddle holster.

The XSeries XCompact R2 combines a compact 3.6 in carbon steel barrel with a black Nitron-finished slide that wears front and rear cocking serrations. The striker-fired action pairs with a flat-faced trigger for a consistent pull in a slim, carryable footprint.
The R2 optics-ready slide accepts optics sharing the SIG ROMEO1PRO/ROMEO2 and Leupold DeltaPoint Pro footprints. The rear sight is mounted on the removable optic cover plate, and the factory X-RAY3 day/night sights feature a high-visibility green-ring front dot. Sight radius is 5.5 in.
Built on the modular P320 platform, the serialized Fire Control Unit (FCU) is removable, allowing the grip module to be changed. The XSeries grip frame adds an extended beavertail, a high undercut trigger guard, and a mild magwell flare for control and efficient reloads.
Practical features include a four-slot M1913 accessory rail on the dust cover and tool-less takedown that requires no trigger press. This configuration has no external manual thumb safety. Capacity is 15+1 with the included steel double-stack magazines.
