This Xpert uses a chrome-moly steel, 18 in sporter-contour barrel with button rifling, a recessed crown, and a matte finish. The chamber is Bentz-style, and the twist rate is 1:16. The barrel is unthreaded for a clean muzzle profile.
The action is bolt-operated and features Winchester's Rimfire M.O.A. trigger with a three-lever design engineered for zero creep, zero take-up, and zero overtravel. An extended cylindrical bolt handle provides a positive grasp. The manual safety sits at the rear of the receiver with a red indicator for status at a glance.
Sighting equipment includes a ramped post front and a fully adjustable rear. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope bases. A short accessory rail section at the forend (with protective cover) adds mounting flexibility for compatible accessories.
The gray composite stock is built for utility with a skeletonized butt, integrated sling studs, and textured grasping surfaces. The butt is molded with "XPERT," and the grip carries a "W" emblem. Length of pull measures 13.5 in.
