The Model M72B is a Western Field house-brand shotgun built in the United States and rollmarked with "MODEL M72B – 12 GA. – C-LECT-CHOKE" and "2 3/4 AND 3 IN. SHELLS." It is commonly cross-referenced to the Mossberg 395-series and retains the same straightforward bolt-action operation with a detachable magazine.
The 26 inch barrel includes the factory C-LECT-CHOKE adjustable choke, allowing external adjustment of constriction. The chambering supports both 2 3/4 and 3 inch 12 gauge shells. Capacity is 2+1 when using the included 2-round magazine.
