The P229 Legion DA/SA is built on Sig Sauer's compact Classic Line alloy frame, finished in Legion Gray with an extended beavertail, undercut trigger guard, and an internal magwell bevel for smoother reloads. Front strap and under-trigger-guard checkering provide secure purchase. A three-slot Picatinny-type accessory rail supports common lights or accessories.
Its stainless-steel slide carries front and rear cocking serrations and Legion top-slide engraving, with slide markings reading SIG SAUER P229 and SIG SAUER INC., NEWINGTON-NH-USA. The Legion theme continues with textured black grip panels set with Legion medallions.
