This St. Cloud, MN-era DPMS Panther Arms LR-308 brings together a proven .308 Win AR-10 platform with practical upgrades. It features a 16" threaded barrel with an A2-style birdcage flash hider, a flat-top upper with forward assist and case deflector, and a Samson Evolution Series 15" free-float aluminum handguard. Installed enhancements include a Phase 5 extended bolt-release lever and an overmolded finger-groove pistol grip. It accepts SR-25/LR-308 pattern magazines and comes with one 20-round Magpul PMAG.

Built on the AR-10 platform and marked "D.P.M.S., ST. CLOUD, MN, U.S.A." with model "LR-308" and caliber "CAL. 308," this rifle represents the pre-2014 St. Cloud production era. It is chambered in .308 Winchester and is compatible with SR-25/LR-308 pattern magazines, offering a 20+1 capacity.
The 16" barrel is threaded and fitted with an A2-style birdcage flash hider. The action is semi-automatic, direct impingement. The upper receiver is a flat-top with a Picatinny rail, forward assist, case deflector, and ejection-port cover, providing a versatile base for mounting sights or optics.
A Samson Evolution Series 15" free-float aluminum handguard is installed, keeping weight forward of the receiver minimal while offering a long gripping surface. A short accessory rail section at the 6 o'clock position is already installed for mounting compatible accessories.
Controls and ergonomics are enhanced with a Phase 5 extended bolt-release lever and an overmolded rubber finger-groove pistol grip. The collapsible stock provides an adjustable length of pull, with this configuration measuring 12.75".
This rifle includes one 20-round Magpul PMAG LR/SR GEN M3 magazine. Made in the USA, it retains the hallmark LR-308 features with thoughtful, installed upgrades.
