This M1A variant follows the classic U.S. M14 operating system, using a short-stroke gas piston and rotating bolt for dependable function in varied conditions.
The forged carbon-steel receiver is parkerized to resist corrosion and wear, matching the 22-inch carbon-steel barrel that features six-groove rifling with a 1:11 RH twist. A standard M14 slotted flash suppressor caps the muzzle.
Sighting is handled by a National Match 0.062-inch blade up front and a GI aperture rear sight adjustable for windage and elevation in MOA increments, providing precise control without additional optics.
The black composite stock keeps weight to 8 lb 8 oz while maintaining strength. Molded texturing and integral sling swivels offer secure handling and easy carry. Length of pull measures 13.5 inches, giving most shooters a natural, comfortable fit.
A two-stage trigger promotes consistent, repeatable breaks, and the rifle ships with two 20-round magazines for a 20+1 capacity. Overall length is 44.33 inches, striking a balance between maneuverability and sight radius.
