This EDC 9 Professional features Wilson Combat's Enhanced Reliability System: a spring-loaded external extractor, single-lug tapered cone barrel, reduced-mass Tri-Top slide, and a user-replaceable front sight paired with a Battlesight-style rear. The package is built for consistent function with premium fit and finish.
The 4 inch stainless steel, bushingless, match-grade barrel has a flush-cut reverse crown and is supported by a full-length guide rod. The design uses a single-lug, tapered cone profile for smooth lockup and reliability in a compact 1911 pattern.
Slide details include the Tri-Top profile, top serrations, X-TAC cocking serrations, and carry cuts, combined with an external extractor. The sighting system combines a green fiber-optic front sight with a low-profile, serrated Battlesight-style rear, and the front sight is user-replaceable. Extra green fiber-optic rods are included.
Ergonomics are enhanced by X-TAC texture on the slide, frontstrap, and mainspring housing, plus a round-butt grip frame and black G10 starburst grips with Wilson Combat medallions. Safety is traditional single-action only with a thumb safety and grip safety. The pistol is chambered in 9mm Luger with a 10+1 capacity and comes with two 10-round magazines.
