It comes with two factory stainless magazines and the original Springfield Armory case.

The XD Mod.2 Sub-Compact packs 9mm performance into a 3 in-barreled, short-recoil operated, striker-fired platform with a Flat Dark Earth polymer frame and a black Melonite slide. The frame uses Springfield's Grip Zone texturing for a secure hold, and the slide incorporates Posi-Wedge rear serrations for confident manipulation. A single-slot accessory rail is integrated into the dustcover.
The barrel is hammer-forged steel with a Melonite finish and a 1:10 twist, offering durability and clean machining. A dual captive recoil spring with a full-length guide rod supports reliable cycling in the sub-compact format.
Controls and safety features include an ambidextrous magazine release, grip safety, trigger safety, internal striker block, loaded-chamber indicator, and striker status indicator. Sighting is fast and clear with a red fiber-optic front and a low-profile steel rear.
Manufactured by HS Produkt in Croatia and imported/marketed by Springfield Armory U.S.A., this pistol bears factory markings including "MADE IN CROATIA," "SPRINGFIELD ARMORY U.S.A.," and the Springfield crossed-cannons crest. It ships with two factory stainless magazines in 13- and 15-round capacities.
