The VP9 V1 is a German-made, striker-fired 9mm with proof marks including CIP N, the Ulm stag antler, and DE, along with a BE date code. It was imported by HKI in Columbus, GA. The slide and barrel are steel with HK’s hostile-environment finish, and the slide features front and rear serrations in a non-optic-cut configuration.
The 4.09 in barrel is cold-hammer-forged and uses polygonal rifling with six grooves and a right-hand twist (1:9.8 in). The extractor includes a red witness line loaded-chamber indicator for quick visual status at a glance.
Controls are fully ambidextrous, with slide-stop levers on both sides and a paddle-style magazine release. The modular grip allows tuning via replaceable backstrap and side panels. The trigger has a light 5.4 lb pull with a short 0.24 in travel and a crisp 0.12 in reset.
Steel 3-dot night sights provide a clear sight picture, with the front blade marked TG-H3 and MP and the rear marked TG-H3. The sight radius measures 6.38 in. An integrated accessory rail supports standard illumination or laser devices.
This full-size VP9 has a nominal 15+1 capacity and comes with four Made in Germany magazines. Dimensions are 7.34 in overall length, 5.41 in height, and 1.32 in width, offering a balanced duty-size profile.
