This Smith & Wesson M&P-15 is a U.S.-made, AR-15 platform rifle chambered in 5.56 NATO with a 16 inch barrel and 1:8 twist. It features a flat-top Picatinny receiver with T-marked segments, an F-marked A2 front sight base with bayonet lug, and a threaded muzzle with an A2-style birdcage flash suppressor. The rifle is in very good overall condition with an excellent, mirror-bright bore, and includes a 30-round Magpul PMAG with window.

The M&P-15 uses a direct impingement operating system with a carbine-length gas system, pairing familiar AR-15 handling with reliable function. Receivers are 7075-T6 aluminum with a black anodized finish, and standard AR-15 controls include a SAFE/FIRE selector and a right-side, standard magazine release.
The 16 inch barrel is marked "5.56 NATO 1/8" and features a 1:8 twist. The muzzle is threaded and fitted with an A2-style birdcage flash suppressor, and the carbine ships with a 30+1 capacity when using the included 30-round magazine.
On top, the flat-top Picatinny receiver includes T-marked segments (T4-T12) and a "-S&W-" rail marking for easy reference. Sights include a fixed, F-marked A2 front sight base with bayonet lug and a polymer flip-up aperture rear sight.
Furniture consists of a two-piece polymer carbine-length handguard, a 6-position collapsible stock, and an A2 pistol grip. The rifle is made in the USA and finished in black throughout for a clean, consistent appearance.
