Made by Miroku in Japan and finished in bead-blasted stainless steel, it features a black composite stock with textured panels and a recoil pad. A Leupold one-piece Picatinny rail is installed, and the rifle uses a detachable 3-round magazine for a 3+1 capacity.

The AB3 action uses a three-lug bolt with a 60-degree lift for smooth operation and scope clearance. A tang safety and bolt unlock button provide intuitive, ambidextrous controls. The steel receiver wears a bead-blasted stainless finish to match the barrel.
The 22 inch steel barrel is sporter contour, free-floated, and finished with a recessed crown and bead-blasted stainless. A 1:10 RH twist supports a wide range of .30-06 loads. The rifle is marked with Miroku manufacture on the barrel, and the proof rollmarks identify the chambering and origin.
The Composite Stalker stock is black composite with textured grip panels and a recoil pad. Length of pull measures 14.0 inches. Dual sling-swivel studs are installed for carry or support options.
Feeding is via a detachable box magazine holding three rounds, giving 3+1 capacity. The rifle is configured without iron sights and comes with a Leupold one-piece Picatinny rail installed on the receiver.
