The Model 700 ML uses a bolt-action inline system and a single-shot capacity, delivering the familiar Model 700 layout in a purpose-built muzzleloader format. The action and barrel are stainless steel with a matte finish, and the receiver is drilled and tapped. A Leupold one-piece base is already installed for mounting optics.
The 24-inch stainless barrel features a recessed crown and a 1:28 twist. Its matte stainless finish matches the receiver and provides a uniform, non-reflective appearance. The muzzle carries a full-length ramrod retained under the barrel by a single front ferrule/band.
This rifle is configured without iron sights. The receiver is set up for optics, and the installed Leupold base streamlines scope mounting.
The black synthetic stock includes molded checkering for grip, a rubber recoil pad, and a sling swivel stud. Length of pull is 13.25 inches, offering a straightforward, practical fit for a broad range of shooters.
The barrel is marked for black powder or Pyrodex only — never smokeless — aligning with its inline muzzleloader design. The rifle is marked with triangle, C8, and CS stamps and was made in the United States.
