The Model 67 uses a single-shot bolt action with a manually cocked striker. It loads through a top receiver trough with no magazine and has a right-side bolt handle with a rear cocking knob. Capacity is one round.
The barrel is the standard 27 inch steel tube with a blued finish. Sighting is via open iron sights, with a driftable front blade and an open rear sight using a stepped elevator. No scope bases or aperture sight are present.
The stock is a one-piece walnut design with a straight comb and uncheckered surfaces. Length of pull measures 13.5 inches, and a checkered steel buttplate carries the Winchester Repeating Arms logo. The rifle is full-size.
Construction is all steel with a blued receiver and barrel, and it bears Winchester oval proofmarks on the barrel and receiver. The design includes quick takedown via a single belly screw. It is chambered for .22 Short, Long, or Long Rifle and was made in the United States. Serial number is exempt.
