Built on Anderson's forged 7075-T6 aluminum receivers with Type III hard-coat anodizing, this AM-15 Pistol pairs durability with a compact 7.5 in 5.56 NATO barrel. The barrel is threaded and fitted with a birdcage-style flash hider. The rifle operates via a direct-impingement gas system and uses standard AR-15 controls with a manual safety.
The flat-top upper carries T-marked Picatinny rail segments (approx. T2–T12) and includes a forward assist, ejection-port cover, and case deflector. The bolt carrier shows a bright silver-colored finish. No iron sights or optics are installed, allowing the next owner to set it up as preferred.
The short, free-float tubular aluminum handguard is ventilated with longitudinal flutes and bears a small white shield logo near the front. Ergonomics are rounded out by an A2-style polymer pistol grip and an SB Tactical stabilizing brace mounted on a round buffer tube with castle nut/end plate. An aftermarket bolt-catch/bolt-release extension marked "PUNISHER" is installed for enhanced control.
The lower receiver is roll-marked "Anderson Manufacturing / Hebron, KY / AM-15 / Multi Cal" with SAFE/FIRE selector markings. It accepts standard AR-15/STANAG magazines and is rated for 30+1 capacity. Anderson Manufacturing’s brand was discontinued following a Ruger asset purchase on July 1, 2025, placing this pistol within the company’s original production era.
