The XMACRO grip module provides a micro-size footprint with a flared base and room for 17-round magazines, giving this pistol full-capacity performance in a compact package. The polymer frame includes an accessory rail for mounting compatible lights or accessories.
Its stainless-steel slide wears a black Nitron finish and features forward and rear serrations for confident manipulation. The COMP configuration uses an integrally compensated slide with two top ports working in concert with the 3.1 inch carbon steel barrel.
The factory-installed ROMEO-X Compact red dot offers a low deck height tailored to the P365 family and a red reticle for fast aiming. A rear notch is integrated into the optic, paired with an XRAY3 day/night green front sight and a 5.1 inch sight radius.
This striker-fired model uses a flat-faced trigger and has no manual safety. Dimensions are approximately 6.6 inches long, 6.0 inches high, and 1.2 inches wide, with a weight of about 22 ounces with magazine. The case label is dated May 14, 2025, and the serial number on the frame matches the case label.
Provenance adds appeal: this example was issued for law enforcement personnel and later released as surplus to the civilian market. The RXX package designation and included optic make this a ready-to-use setup from the factory.
