The SIG Sauer P238 Equinox is a micro .380 ACP single-action pistol with the Equinox signature two-tone slide: Nitron with polished stainless flats. It pairs a TruGlo TG-H3 tritium-fiber green-dot front sight with a SIGLITE two-dot rear for true night-sight capability. Built on an anodized aluminum-alloy frame with checkered wood grips, this U.S.-made variant comes well-appointed and includes five magazines and two holsters.

The Equinox treatment defines this P238 with polished stainless slide flats against a Nitron finish, plus forward and rear cocking serrations and model-specific slide markings: 'SIG SAUER P238' on the left and 'Equinox' on the right. The barrel hood is marked '380 AUTO', and the frame is marked 'SIG SAUER INC., EXETER-NH-USA'.
Its sighting system is purpose-built for visibility: a TruGlo TG-H3 tritium-fiber front sight with a green dot and a SIGLITE two-dot, low-profile square-notch rear. Both are night sights, giving a bright front reference and a clear, snag-resistant rear.
The micro-size, SAO design features an external hammer and a left-side manual thumb safety, with a matching left-side slide stop. The anodized aluminum-alloy frame includes a beavertail-style tang and a vertically serrated mainspring housing/backstrap. There is no lanyard slot.
Checkered wood grips with SIG SAUER medallions complete the package. This pistol is Made in USA and includes five factory single-stack magazines (a mix of extended baseplate and flush-fit styles), providing a 7+1 capacity with the extended magazines and a compact option with the flush-fit mag. Two holsters and the owner's manual round out the set.
