The Beretta 92A1 is an Italian-made, full-size 9mm with a 5-inch barrel and Bruniton finish, combining the 92-series open-top slide with modern updates. This example features a MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail, dovetailed 3-dot sights, and an aluminum-alloy frame. It includes three 17-round magazines and both factory box and hard case, and it presents in as-new condition.
Built on the proven short-recoil, locked-breech system with a falling locking block, the 92A1 adds a captive recoil-spring assembly and an internal frame buffer. These updates work alongside the open-top slide and exposed barrel design for smooth cycling and easy maintenance.
The slide wears a durable Bruniton black finish and houses dovetailed, drift-adjustable 3-dot sights. An ambidextrous safety/decocker and firing pin block support the DA/SA operating system with an external hammer. The reversible magazine release and black checkered polymer grips with Beretta medallions complete a user-friendly control layout.
An integral three-slot MIL-STD-1913 rail on the full-length dust cover supports accessory mounting. Additional factory features include a lanyard loop at the heel and clear slide markings: "RETRACT SLIDE TO SEE IF LOADED, FIRES WITHOUT MAGAZINE" and "READ MANUAL BEFORE USE." Model and caliber markings are present on the slide, and the pistol carries Italian proof and import markings.
The dovetailed sight system and standard 17+1 capacity make this 92A1 a capable full-size sidearm. Matching serial markings are present on the slide and frame. Notable stamps include PIETRO BERETTA GARDONE V.T. – MADE IN ITALY, the PB oval, and an IT18 laser mark, with the importer marked Beretta USA Corp., Accokeek, MD.
