    What’s Included

    • Optic: Redfield 3-9x variable riflescope (installed)
    • Scope Rings: Ruger integral vertically split rings (installed)

The M77R is the standard rifle configuration with integral Ruger scope bases and no open sights, a setup well-suited to the included Redfield 3-9x scope. This example is chambered in .300 Win. Mag. and uses the magnum-standard 24-inch barrel length for this model. The gloss blued steel receiver and barrel present the classic M77 look, and the tang-mounted safety is the defining control feature of this series.

The stock is American walnut with cut checkering and a pistol grip for secure handling. It is finished with a black grip cap featuring the Ruger medallion and a red Ruger-logo recoil pad with a black spacer. Sling swivel studs are installed, and the length of pull is 13.6 inches.

Feeding is through a fixed internal box magazine with a hinged floorplate, with the release located just ahead of the trigger. Capacity is four rounds. Both the barrel and receiver are steel, and the rifle was made in the United States.

Factory markings include the receiver left-wall rollmark "RUGER M77" and the barrel rollmark "300 WIN. MAG." The rifle aligns with Ruger serial chronology for an approximate 1982 ship year. The sights configuration is none, relying on the rifle’s integral scope bases and the installed Ruger rings for optic mounting.

Scope setup includes vertically split Ruger rings mounted on the integral bases, paired with a Redfield 3-9x variable riflescope. This provides a clean, ready-to-use optic installation consistent with the rifle’s no-sights configuration.
