The NS-15 is built on forged 7075-T6 aluminum receivers with direct impingement operation and a high-pressure tested/magnetic particle inspected, full-auto-rated bolt carrier group. It includes a forward assist, case deflector, and ejection-port cover for duty-ready functionality.
Its 16 in nitrided Ballistic Advantage barrel is threaded and capped with a slotted flash hider. The barrel carries a sub-MOA accuracy guarantee, pairing durable surface treatment with precision manufacturing to support consistent performance.
Around the barrel is an approximately 15 in free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard with a continuous top Picatinny rail, offering ample space for accessories and stable support. The rifle ships without sights, letting the user configure to preference.
Controls and ergonomics include an ALG Defense trigger, a manual safety, a 6-position collapsible stock, and a Hogue pistol grip. Overall length is 33–36 in and weight is 6.5 lb, keeping it handy while maintaining full 30+1 capacity.
