It features the Elite package with an extended beavertail, front strap and trigger guard checkering, and factory tritium night sights. The pistol is in as-new condition and comes with a factory case and one 8-round magazine.

The P220 Elite configuration adds practical enhancements to the proven P220 platform. This example includes an extended beavertail frame for a secure, high grip, plus checkering on the front strap and the squared trigger guard for added purchase.
The slide and frame wear a matching stainless finish, with both forward and rear slide serrations for confident manipulation. Controls include a decocking lever, a curved trigger, and a spurred hammer, consistent with its DA/SA, short-recoil, hammer-fired action.
Sights are factory 3-dot tritium night sights, dovetailed front and rear and marked "MH3." The dustcover integrates an accessory rail for mounting compatible lights or lasers.
The 4.4 in barrel is marked "45 AUTO SIG," with the model marked "P220 Elite" and the frame marked "SIG SAUER INC., EXETER-NH-USA." The included factory 8-round steel magazine is marked "SIG SAUER P220-1" with numbered witness holes (2–8). A case label dated March 26, 2015 aligns with its 2015 era.
