The Model 212 is designed as a dedicated slug platform, combining a bolt-action receiver with a 22-inch fully rifled, heavy-profile carbon steel barrel for dependable accuracy with modern slugs. The matte blued finish and carbon steel construction provide a durable, no-glare exterior well-suited to field use.
Chambered for both 2.75" and 3" 12-gauge shells, it feeds from a detachable box magazine for a 2+1 overall capacity. The receiver is drilled and tapped and is fitted here with a DNZ one-piece mount and a Nikon Monarch UCC riflescope, giving the shooter a ready-to-use sighting system without iron sights.
Savage's user-adjustable AccuTrigger allows the shooter to tailor trigger pull to preference while maintaining a crisp break. The length of pull is 13.5 inches, offering a balanced feel from the bench or in the field.
The black synthetic sporter-style stock features molded checkering for grip, sling swivel studs, and a rubber recoil pad to help manage 12-gauge slug recoil. Made in the United States, this setup brings together the Model 212's slug-focused design with quality mounting hardware and glass.
