This custom P365X-Macro centers on a SIG P365-series FCU and combines a Mischief Machine macro-length metal grip module, a Zaffiri Precision windowed slide with a rear optics cut and cover plate, and a PMM 3.7 in barrel paired with a PMM compensator that carries the front sight. It remains micro in size while accepting P365 Macro 17- and 21-round magazines, and it includes an aftermarket flat-faced skeletonized trigger with a safety tab.
Condition
Overall Condition: Excellent condition, showing only faint signs of any prior use or handling.
Bore Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.

The Mischief Machine metal macro-length grip module gives this micro-format pistol a solid feel and the capacity of the Macro pattern. The dustcover includes an accessory rail for mounting compatible lights or accessories.
The Zaffiri Precision slide features lightening windows and front and rear cocking serrations for positive manipulation. A rear optics cut is present and a cover plate is installed.
PMM’s 3.7 in barrel is paired with a PMM compensator that also carries the front sight, working with the rear square-notch to form a clear three-dot sight picture with a high-visibility green front.
The striker-fired, locked-breech system is complemented by an aftermarket flat-faced skeletonized trigger with a safety tab. This build accepts 17- and 21-round P365 Macro magazines; capacity is 21+1 with the included 21-round magazines.
